About Me
Dr. Leslie Guditis grew up in Denton, Texas and her parents and siblings (and all their children and grandchildren) still live there. She has two grown daughters. Her younger daughter plays volleyball at Texas Woman’s University in Denton. Her elder daughter is an accountant with Deloitte & Touche in Houston.Dr. Guditis enjoys the small town atmosphere that Denton has to offer, even though it is growing so fast. She loves that she can go to the grocery store or local restaurant and run into someone she knows. What fun! Leslie thinks it’s wonderful that to have two state universities in Denton, as she enjoys the environment of academia. She appreciates that liberals and conservatives can live together with relative ease and acceptance.
Her hobbies include reading and writing, watching her daughter play volleyball, enjoying time with close friends, and surfing the net (She is a self-professed information junkie!).
